Titanium Construction

The titanium in all of their exhaust systems is produced exclusively for Akrapovic. It is three times stronger and is more heat resistant than any other titanium product on the market and 40% lighter than stainless steel.

Available for E9x M3, 335i, and also available for E6x M6.

M3 Evolution Exhaust

The Akrapovic aftermarket Evolution exhaust system for BMW M3 consists of flow optimized link pipes with 2 x 100 cpsi sports catalysts and integrated resonators as well as a completely newly developed and now split-end mufflers. This exhaust system, made fully from titanium, reduces the overall weight when compared to the stock system by almost 53 lbs.

335 Evolution Exhaust

Akrapovic engineers developed a complete aftermarket exhaust system which pushes this powerful Bavarian ahead of the pack.  This system, which is made entirely of titanium or stainless steel, gives the BMW 335i more power and weighs less that offers an even better on-road performance. The BMW 335i stock exhaust system weighs more than twice as much as the titanium Evolution, which speaks of the great achievement of Akrapovic.

M6 Evolution Exhaust

Akrapovic Engineers developed a complete aftermarket exhaust system for the M6. The connection tubes of the Evolution System, i.e. the complete ex manifold system, are newly designed in order to optimize the exhaust flow by offering a bigger tube diameter, interference crossover tubes to improve the vibration characteristics of the exhaust, and the discard of the second set of catalysts. The end mufflers are now split. This technique reduces the weight considerably.

This customer from Pensacola, Florida has a one-of-a-kind 330 and he wanted to turn up the power and add an AA HKS Kit to the car.

Along with the S/C Kit, other upgrades include, custom M3 style exhaust, coilover suspension, matte black Brembo BBK, custom Alcantara interior and VEI Gauges.

Body and exterior upgrades include authentic AC Schnitzer Front Splitter, Vorsteiner GTS3 diffuser and M3 front and rear fenders.

THe HKS upgrade is a rare kit for a 330 making this enthusiasts dream a reality.

A clean example of a first year E36 M3, this 1995 M3 was in need of a great suspension setup.

We chose a TC Kline Single Adjustable Setup to give it the increase feel and handling that the client was looking for.

Along with the shocks and springs, the rear shock mounts were upgraded to help the chasis deal with the additional stiffness:

Along with the suspension upgrade, we also replaced the RTABS with the Powerflex bushings, which are tougher and more stiff than stock (Also alot less work to install) - you can see the difference below in stock vs. Powerflex.

We recommend this bushing mod an any E36, E46 with over 60,000 miles.  It is a must to make sure your car is handling as a BMW should.

Here is a 2008 BMW M3 done at Precison Sport Industries in Winter Park, Florida.  It’s a sedan, Silverstone II on Fox Red interior, with a bunch of performance upgrades as well as cosmetic modifications.
